Pull up a seat and stay awhile. We're so glad you're here!
Below you'll find two forms. One to share a recipe and the other to share a piece of your story/culture. Pick one or the other, or both if you'd like! Our goal is to expand our cookbook and knowledge as much as we possibly can.

directions
In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients together and stir until the batter is well combined.
Using a medium- small sauce pan, melt a small amount of butter on the stove. Once melted, pour about 1 ounce of batter into the pan and swirl it to get an even spread. Cook the first side for about 30 seconds and then flip. Cook the second side for about 10 seconds.
When the crêpe is done lay it down flat in a plate to cool. Continue with this process until all of the batter is used up.
You can serve the crêpes with many different toppings such as Nutella, strawberries, and whipped cream. Enjoy!
