ingredients

Gnocchi

​

+ 1 Bag Gnocchi

+ 1 Tbsp Butter

​

+ 1 Tbsp Salt

​

+ 1 Tbsp Pepper

Sauce

 

+ 1 Jar Pasta Sauce

​

+ 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

 

+ 1 Tbsp Basil

+ 3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese

directions

In a large pot over medium heat, heat up the olive oil. Next, add the jar of pasta sauce, tablespoon of basil, salt and pepper. Cook for about 20 mins. Then reduce it to medium-low heat while making the gnocchi.

On medium heat, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of salt, pepper. Add the gnocchi and cook until tender. This can take around 5-8 minutes. Once they are done cooking strain the pasta.

Transfer the gnocchi to the sauce pan and let it cook on low heat for a couple of minutes. Move to a serving dish and add parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
